Subscriptions can be cancelled by visiting the Billing section of your NC Account profile.
Login to your NC Account associated with your recurring subscriptions.
- Click Transaction History
- Click Subscriptions
- Click the Lineage II tab
- Click the Cancel Subscription link
- Click Yes to confirm you want to cancel the scheduled payment
You will receive a confirmation email that your subscription has been cancelled. If you are subscribed to multiple packs, you must be sure to cancel each one individually to ensure that you are not billed again. Canceling one pack does not cancel all packs. Additionally, if you are subscribed to multiple packs that are associated with separate NC Accounts, you must log into each NC Account individually to cancel any active subscriptions. If you cannot log into your NC Account, please contact customer service and they will be able to assist you with canceling any active subscriptions.
