How do I apply a Game Time Card to my game account?
Currently, there are no NCSOFT games that have a required subscription fee. However, in some cases, valid* game time cards can be exchanged for NCoin.
*There may be cases of invalid/expired game time card codes being obtained from resellers. If there are issues applying a game time card, please contact Support so they can review the code(s) further.
