My game is crashing/freezing

If you’re experiencing any Crashing or Freezing issues with your game we recommend first trying the following steps:

Repair the Game Client

This can be done by clicking on the File Repair option in the bottom left-hand corner of the NCSOFT Game Launcher window.

Note: If you have the Launcher set to start the game automatically, you will have to run the launcher once, close the game or Alt+Tab out to the Launcher mini window and adjust the settings from the Settings button in the top right-hand corner of the windows. Once done you can restart the launcher and you should be able to run the File Repair.

MSCONFIG

Crashing and Freezing issues can sometimes be caused by 3rd party programs interfering with the game client. If you’re experiencing crashing or freezing we recommend you try disabling all 3rd party programs to see if it has any affect on your issue. To do so you can reference the KB article listed here

If your issue still persists after trying all the suggested steps please submit a Technical Support Request.  We recommend you run our Game Advisor application first and attach the results to your support help request.  For help with how to do this, please reference the KB Article here.
