I am not receiving my verification emails

Over the weekend we experienced an issue with our mail server that was preventing verification emails from being sent.  As a result, this caused an additional issue with some email providers blocking our emails.   Please take the following steps and then try again:

1. Check your spam/junk folder for an email from us.
2. Add to your “Safe Sender’s” list

We are also seeing instances where our verification emails are arriving later than usual. In these cases it is possible that the verification link in the email message may already be expired if a new email is queued to be sent out. If you received a verification email but the link is not working, please delete the current mail and try logging into the account once more. Wait at least 15 minutes to see if you receive a new verification email, and try using the link in the most recent message.

UPDATE: This issue has been resolved. Customers should be able to receive verification emails again.
