Launcher Error - E03023

Please try the following to resolve error E02023:

  1. Fully shut down the NCSOFT Update Helper by going to your system try and right clicking the NC icon and choosing exit.
  2. Go the the following link and download and run the new program that you receive.
  3. This program will re-install the launcher and should fix this error.


If your issue still persists after trying all the suggested steps please submit a Technical Support Request. We recommend you run a DXDIAG first and attach the results to your support help request. For help with how to do this, please reference the KB Article here.
