Issue - Application of Codes via Account Management Page


Some users have reported an issue when attempting to apply a code (such as Prestige Pack or Gamestop bonus item codes) and it not having the "OK" button present or similar issues

A workaround for this issue is available by using a different web browser or changing your screen resolution or web browser zoom percentage. If you try adjusting these options, such as web browser zoom (basic hotkey is ctrl + mouse scroll wheel in browsers like Chrome) or screen resolution, it should then properly display and allow you to apply the code/send items to your character without an issue.

If you're still having issues applying a code after that, please submit a Support ticket and attach a clear screenshot of the whole screen that clearly shows the issue and indicate what steps you have tried so far.
