Race Change Service Rules & Requirements

• Can only be used for the regular Lineage II servers
• A character’s race may be changed as often as once per week.
• Must be level 85 and already have an awakened class.
• Can request changes to Race and Race Model (Fighter/Mystic for Humans and Orcs).
• Can also request to keep your race, but change the race model if you wish.
• Racial stats and passive skills will be changed to the new race.
• The following races/classes cannot use the Race Change Service:
• Cannot change from or to Ertheia and Kamael Races.
• If your character has a Dominator or Maestro class as the main class, dual class, or subclass then you cannot use the race change service.
• The Race Change Service is processed within approximately 24 hours.

Instructions for Applying a Race Change Service

1. Purchase the Race Change Service from the L2 Store. The item is effectively a token that acts as a proof of purchase. The item must be in either your inventory or your private warehouse during the processing phase.
   • Once you purchase it from the L2 Store in-game, the item will go directly to your inventory. You must purchase the item on the character to which you want to give the Race Change Service.
2. Once the target character has the item in their inventory or private warehouse, then you must contact the support team and request that they process your service. You can contact support from this page.
3. Due to our new support site, now with single sign on, there is much less information you have to fill out.
   • Fill out the form as follows:

     • Which Service Did You Purchase? *Race Change
     • Attach Documents: [Leave this Blank]
     • Description: Please change my character’s race from “[old race]” to “[new race]” on the [server name] server. If you are changing to a Human or Orc race, then you must provide the desired race model (Fighter/Mystic).
   • Your request form should now look something like this:
4. Click Submit.
5. Your request has now been submitted! You will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided in the form.
6. Your service will be processed within 24 hours, but you must not be online at the time of the race change. If you are online when your service process is attempted, you will receive a response to your ticket via email asking you to log out when possible. Once you have logged out, you must reply to the ticket email saying you have logged out, and stay logged out until your race is changed.
7. When your Race Change Service is processed you’ll get a confirmation email notification.

FAQ

Q: Why is the Race Change Service priced at $50 (4,000 NCoin)?

A: The new Race Change Service processing time is only approximately 24 hours, and requires manual resources, as opposed to the former automated service that was only processed on a weekly basis.

Q: Will my character’s hairstyle, hair color, and facial appearance be changed?

A: Yes, all character appearances will be reset to Type A with the Race Change Service.

Q: I want to change the race of two or more characters. Is this possible?

A: Yes! Each Race Change Service purchased, and its one-week cool down time, applies to one character only. Therefore, you can purchase multiple Races Changes for multiple characters, and apply them whenever you like.

Q: How long until my Account Service is processed?

A: Currently the processing quote time for all Account Services is 24 hours.

Q: Is the Race Change Service available on Aden Servers?

A: This service is unavailable.
