Can’t Purchase Prestige Pack with Credit Card – Button is Grayed Out

If you are attempting to purchase a recurring Prestige Pack Subscription but are not able to click the PURCHASE NOW button, please ensure that you have clicked all of the required checkboxes.

You will need to click the “Save this information for future purchases” checkbox under your BILLING INFORMATION. This is required as the Prestige Pack is a recurring payment and your account must have billing saved on file for recurring billings.

You will also need to click the checkboxes in the Auto-Renewal Plan Terms.

If you want to purchase only one month of Prestige Pack Subscription time, you can make your payment and then immediately log into your NC Account to cancel your Subscription. If you’d like to delete your payment information, you can find out how here.
