Can’t Purchase Prestige Pack! Receiving “Something went wrong, please try again later!” Error Message.

If you are receiving a “Something went wrong, please try again later!” error message when attempting to purchase a Lineage II Prestige Pack, please check your language setting. As Lineage II is only supported in English (US), log into your NC Account. Once logged into your NC Account, from your Account Management profile, please scroll down to the bottom right-hand side of the page and set your language to English (US). Once this has been updated/confirmed, please head to the Lineage II Prestige Pack purchase page and try making your purchase again.
